Refund policy
MemoirPath is a digital subscription service with immediate access to the writing workspace.
Subscription charges
If you cancel, future renewals stop, and your access normally continues through the period you already paid for. Past subscription charges are generally non-refundable.
Billing mistakes
If you believe you were charged in error or have an unusual billing problem, contact support@memoirpath.com promptly. We will review the situation and explain the available resolution.
Stripe billing portal
You can update payment details or cancel your subscription from the billing portal available in your MemoirPath account.
